This is a 2 part training series that will be hosted Wednesday, April 16, 2025 (9-1pm CT) and Monday, April 28, 2025 (12-4pm CT). Note you must register for part 1 and part 2.
New Coordinator Training
This course is intended to meet Component A for Coordinator Training in 2025 NCA Accreditation Standards. This course will explore the CAC model, MDT statues and accreditation standards, facilitation skills, and roles/duties of a coordinator. This course be 8 hours over 2 days.
Objectives
Learning Objectives:
1. Understand the Nebraska state statute and NCA Accreditation standards that govern MDTs.
2. Explore facilitation skills that will help Coordinators facilitate their MDTs and engage their Team Members.
3. Through scenario based activities, discover how to implement the skills learned through this course.
4. Learn about the additional duties outside of facilitation that Coordinators have.
